The world of Schnapps
Germany's highest density of schnapps distillers here in southwestern Germany has a long tradition; distillates made from sun-drenched fruit and wine by-products are famous. Our guests experience in a distillery the way from the fruit to the schnapps in the (own) glass and one or the other anecdote - up to a cocktail it is there only a small step!

Heat-loving lavender
Land excursions to lavender fields are usually only known from the south of France; we show our guests a lavender farm in the neighboring village of Breisach with its own distillery. Lavender and wine not only grow side by side here, they also come together in a glass in a wonderful way.
